About Us
The Graduate[d] Catholics group is geared toward young adults transitioning from college life. Our mission is to develop faith and promote a sense of community through a variety of activities.
We are a community...
We endeavor to build friendships and strengthen community through a variety of social gatherings (sports events, coffee shops, movies, parties, etc.)
...of faith...
We seek to challenge each other and ourselves to ask questions and grow in our faith. Members of the group alternate leading discussions about life and faith that are based on various readings designed to stimulate thought.
...and service.
We desire to strengthen our community through participating in opportunities to serve the community at large.

What about the entire summer?
- SUMMER GRAD GROUP Ongoing, during the summer, we will each take one or two weekends and either plan a social event (bowling, movie, game night, dancing, sports events, etc.) or lead a discussion on a topic. On the other weekends, we will meet at 6pm on Sundays and use Pope Benedict's visit to the US as our readings. Please let Mary Bridget know which weekend(s) you are willing to plan.
- EVENING PRAYER Sundays, 6:30pm, During the summer, there will be a celebration of Vespers (Evening Prayer from the Liturgy of the Hours) at 6:30pm on Sunday nights in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel at the Doggett Center. The Liturgy of the Hours is an ancient form of prayer designed to sanctify our time. Handouts are provided so that everyone can participate fully.
- DAILY MASS AT DOGGETT Wednesdays, 6:30pm, During the summer, there will be daily Mass offered at the Doggett Center on Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
